The Southwestern Integrated Fibre Technology (SWIFT) Inc. Initiative is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Proposal No. SWF 20-03-002 For: SWIFT Network System in Town of Caledon The purpose of this RFP is to invite Vendors of Record to participate in Phase 3 of the SWIFT Project and to prepare and submit competitive Proposal(s) for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of infrastructure that provides broadband service to Underserved Areas in the Town of Caledon.
