The purpose of this RFP is to invite Vendors of Record to participate in Phase 3 of the SWIFT Project and to prepare and submit competitive Proposal(s) for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of infrastructure that provides broadband service to Underserved Areas in Oxford County.
